About the event

Calling all Bold Girls in grades 7 to 12 who want to learn skills and techniques to become more resilient in todays’ high pressure world.

We get it – you are super busy, everyone expects a lot from you in school, at home on the sport’s field. The world around doesn’t help much either with the way young women and girls are portrayed online and in social media.  At this event you will learn how to combat perfectionism and unrealistic expectations, techniques to self-manage when you feel overwhelmed and focus on what’s most important to you, how to boost your confidence and self-esteem, quieten that annoying inner critic voice, and keep your head when it seems everyone else has lost theirs.

Our special guest is Brieanne Yuchasz, Founder and Partner of ViewPoint Coaching and Consulting

A little bit about Brieanne: A 22-year Tech Industry veteran, turned entrepreneur, that now provides career coaching to women as Founder and Partner of ViewPoint Coaching and Consulting. Born and raised in Bellevue, Washington, graduated from Bellevue High School and later graduated from Western Washington University in Business Management. Brieanne graduated and started at Microsoft, where she spent 22 years in Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams in program management, business management, and Chief of Staff roles. Brieanne has spent the past 10 years coaching students and professionals and recently shifted to focus on coaching full-time. She focuses on the foundation first, identifying values, purpose, vision, and limiting beliefs and then builds from there. Brieanne specializes in helping women with ADHD create fulfilling careers and enjoys helping early in career professionals develop their career plans, and helping young women unlock their full potential by building confidence, letting go of perfectionism, and accepting their authentic selves.
