Transform the Norm Changemaker Challenge Idea Pitch Day

📣 Calling all BOLD Girls & Allies in grades 7-12 who are passionate about becoming changemakers! 

Come present a solution design to a pressing issue that is limiting women and girls in their everyday life. Examples include but are not limited to: body image and shaming; perfectionism and unrealistic expectations; and harmful and out-of-date gender stereotypes. We invite you to turn your passion and talent into impact and create, either with some friends or on your own, a solution design for the change you wish to see. With the guidance of professional coaches and experts, you will have the chance to further develop your solution design and then present it to a panel on May 20th. Not only will you have the chance to make an impact, but you’ll also receive a Changemaker Challenge Certificate and digital badge, plus $150 team prize. Don’t miss out on this amazing opportunity to turn your passion into action. Get an adult (parent, guardian, club leader or teacher) to register you by May 15th, and let’s work together to create a brighter future for all women and girls. If you are not participating in the pitch, don't worry, you can still come and support your peers as they pitch their ideas while get inspired by our Keynote Speaker: Global Director of Cultural & Inclusive Business Impact for Microsoft Advertising by day & House of Gusto DJ by night. MJ DePalma is an award-winning executive, and global speaker delivering keynotes at marque events such as The Gathering and the Cannes Advertising Festival. She pioneered Marketing with Purpose, a framework to help brands build trusted client experiences and regularly counsels C suite executives on inclusive product design. Everyone who meets her describes her as “Genuine. We will also be offering pizza and soda as a thank you for taking part in the program and celebrating the 1st year of Be Bold Girls - Transform the Norm.
