📣 Calling all bold girls and allies from 7th to 12th grade who are passionate about becoming changemakers! 


Do you ever find yourself wishing you would have spoken up and said something in class, defended a friend or someone in need or shared a great idea you had? Get ready to learn how to communicate with confidence! Communication is the key to connecting with others and making an impact. Join us for "Use Your Voice for Good," where we'll be joined by renowned communication expert Kirsten Smith from Lange International. We'll learn how to put together our ideas and present them concisely, how to facilitate a inclusive conversations around our ideas and we will explore what tools we can use to communicate confidently! 

 

Kirsten will share insider tips on how to command attention and convey confidence through the power of your body language. You'll learn how to tailor your words and tone to truly connect with your audience, and build the courage to speak up and share your unique perspective with the world. For those of you who want more advanced skills to make a bigger impact, we highly encourage you to create a preliminary solution proposal to join our Changemaker Challenge. Bring your preliminary proposal to the workshop and you will receive additional expert coaching to hone your storytelling skills and refine your pitch. 

 

About Kirsten: She is an Executive Coach, Consultant and Workshop Facilitator with 25 years of experience helping leaders in fast-paced, accelerated growth companies in wireless, high-tech and biotech to expand their sphere of influence through a strong presence and powerful communication. Fun Fact, Kirsten also happens to be trained in Tae Kwon Do and Arnis and is a 4th Degree Black Belt.
